Dear Bennett Students, Caregivers and Friends,

I am thrilled to be joining the Bennett Elementary School’s community as the next principal and eagerly await the start of the new school year. 

My leadership vision for Bennett School is firmly rooted in collaboration, innovation, and a student-focused approach to education. I am dedicated to creating a safe and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and motivated to reach their maximum potential. Through proactive communication with parents and a supportive approach with our dedicated faculty, I aim to foster a culture of academic excellence and personal growth that aligns with the district’s core values. 

Outside of my role as an administrator, I am a proud parent of two boys who amaze me daily.  My children are entering 3rd and 5th grade. 

As a parent, I understand the hopes and dreams we all have for our children. My own children are the driving force behind my dedication to making a positive impact within our educational system and ensuring equal opportunities for every student. This impact excites me and drives my work. Witnessing moments where students find a passion for learning and educators find their passion for creating change is my 'why'.

In closing, open communication is the cornerstone of my leadership style. I am committed to fostering a culture of transparency and respect. My door is always open, whether you prefer to email, call, or meet in person. I value conversation, input, and feedback. I look forward to seeing what the 2024 - 2025 school year brings with all of you!
